Transfers for weddings and celebrations in San Miguel de Allende

A day to remember

A wedding brings together moments that happen once and people who come from different places. See how to plan your guests’ transfers so the celebration runs with comfort, coordination and calm.

A wedding in San Miguel is rarely a single trip.

There are guests landing on different flights, a shuttle from the hotel to a hacienda and a ride back into town long after the last song. Thinking it through ahead of time lets those who organise and those who attend give their attention to the celebration.

Every venue has its own rhythm

The venues just outside town where most weddings actually happen.

Haciendas and gardens usually lie outside town, with their own access and timings. The ceremony, the reception and everything between them set when and from where people leave.

Those who come from afar

Some land at Bajío, others in Querétaro or Mexico City, and almost never on the same day. Their arrivals are organised across the days instead of being booked one by one.
