01Who looks after your information

Transportes y Tours San Miguel Mágico, based in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico, receives and looks after the information you share with us. For any question about it you can write to contact@tripsanmiguel.com.

02What we receive

What you give us when you ask for a price or book: your name, a way to reach you (WhatsApp, phone or email), the date, time and pick-up place, your flight number if you are flying, how many people and bags are travelling, and whatever you want to tell us in a message. Also, if you wish to tell us, how you heard about us.

03What we use it for

Only to organise your trip properly. Specifically: managing your reservation and giving you a price; scheduling your driver and vehicle; contacting you to confirm the trip, send you your driver’s details before departure and tell you if anything changes; and keeping the records the law requires us to keep, and what is needed to issue an invoice if you ask for one.

04What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not hand it to third parties for advertising or use it for anything other than organising your transfers.

To operate we use providers who store or process information for us: the system where we keep reservations, the service we send email with and, when you pay online, a payment provider that processes your card details directly, without them passing through this site.

05Artificial intelligence assistants

People who write to us are likely to be attended, in part, by artificial intelligence assistants. An assistant may answer first enquiries and help organise your trip information, so it may read what you write to us. Reservations are confirmed by the company’s team.

Many of the images on this site were created with artificial intelligence and others are the work of Sebastián Chávez Mendez. Those created with artificial intelligence are illustrative: they do not necessarily show real people, vehicles or places of the service.

07Your information, within reach

You can ask us to tell you what information of yours we hold, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to contact@tripsanmiguel.com. A person will answer.
