More than thirty years ago, Jorge Chávez founded Transportes y Tours San Miguel Mágico with a conviction that still defines the way we work: every trip deserves attention, responsibility and care. Today, his children, Miguel and Maritza, continue that story from their own strengths, preserving the closeness and commitment on which the company was built.

For many of our passengers, Maritza is a familiar presence. Over the years she has built relationships with clients, friends and hotels that keep trusting us, maintaining close communication that is attentive to each traveller’s needs. Miguel, for his part, leads the operation: he organises the logistics, coordinates the transfers and finds solutions when the unexpected happens. From the first conversation to the arrival at the destination, both keep alive the commitment that every person knows there is a responsible team behind their trip. Sharing the driver’s information and photograph in advance, having vehicles equipped with GPS and having passenger insurance are part of that same way of understanding our work.

Over the years we have accompanied individuals, families and groups between the airports of the Bajío, San Miguel de Allende and other cities in the region. Our passengers’ trust has also taken us on special trips to different places in Mexico and beyond its borders, always by land. Each destination has broadened our experience, but has not changed what sets us apart: knowing the road, attending to the details and responding when someone trusts us. It is the commitment with which Jorge began this story and which today, through Miguel and Maritza, San Miguel Mágico continues to carry further.
