Terms of service

01The service

Transportes y Tours San Miguel Mágico offers private transport and tours from San Miguel de Allende: airport transfers, city-to-city, by the hour, to vineyards, weddings and other trips. Every service is private: only your group travels.

02How to book

You tell us what you need and we answer with availability and a price. A reservation exists when the team confirms it with you; until then, the price and the vehicle are not held.

Some services, such as weddings, multi-day trips or tailored routes, are quoted case by case.

03Price and payment

The price is agreed with you before travelling and is charged in Mexican pesos. A 40% deposit is requested to hold the reservation.

If you need an invoice, it is requested after payment, through the same channel you booked with.

04Changes and cancellations

The cut-off times and what is returned in each case are in the cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.

05Flights and waiting

On airport transfers we follow your flight: if it is delayed, the pick-up moves to the new arrival time and the fare does not change. You have 90 minutes of waiting at no charge, counted from when the flight lands; after that the waiting rate applies.

06The information you give us

For the service to go well we need correct details: date, time, pick-up place, flight number and number of passengers. If anything changes, tell us as soon as you can.

07Artificial intelligence assistants

Part of the attention may be given by an artificial intelligence assistant. What we agree with you, price and conditions, is confirmed by the company’s team. How we treat what you write is in the privacy notice.

08Images and content of the site

Many of the images on this site were created with artificial intelligence and others are the work of Sebastián Chávez Mendez. They are illustrative and do not necessarily represent a specific service, vehicle or place. The site’s texts and images may not be reproduced without permission.
