After a long flight, working out who is taking you should not be part of the journey. Before the trip you receive your driver’s name and photo, and in the arrivals hall you only have to recognise them. Meanwhile we follow your flight: if it is delayed, the pick-up moves to the new arrival time. If you can let us know about the delay, you help us coordinate it better, and we appreciate it.
90 minutes of waiting at no charge, counted from when the flight lands. Immigration and baggage fit inside that margin; after it, the waiting rate applies.
Four airports, one commitment
These are the usual times for the drive, although they do not always hold: they depend on traffic and weather. We recommend adding one hour at BJX and QRO, and two at AICM, for immigration, baggage and reaching the waiting area without rushing.

When the trip ends
The ride back to the airport is booked the same way as your arrival: you can ask for it together with it, as a second leg, or later. If you share your flight time with us, we will help you propose a departure time.
